People Leadership

Reengage talent and build the leadership capacity required for change.

Organizations often argue that meaningful change is difficult because there is not enough time, talent, or resources to pursue a new direction. In many cases, however, valuable capacity already exists but is not being used effectively across the organization.

The management challenge is to rethink and reengage existing talent, redirect resources where they can create greater value, and assess the functional role of employees and systems throughout the program. Prestige helps leadership teams connect these decisions to the organization’s culture and strategic direction.

Our model for systemic change addresses the organization’s ability to hire, prepare, deploy, evaluate, and develop employees through well-trained leadership and management. This creates a stronger foundation for accountability, employee growth, and sustained organizational performance.

Prestige designs, develops, and delivers comprehensive People Leadership Development Workshop Training Series aligned with the client’s strategic goals, objectives, and performance standards. The multi-phased approach uses current leadership tenets, practical tools, and audience-involved exercises tailored to the organization’s leadership culture, needs, and direction.

Performance & Policy Systems

Build a prepared, motivated workforce aligned with organizational standards.

Building organizational capacity to deliver VALUE requires staff who are qualified, prepared, and motivated to reach higher levels of success and service excellence. Prestige helps clients connect workforce capability, organizational policy, strategic priorities, and performance expectations.

Prestige can assist with the development of a comprehensive Competency Management System (CMS) aligned with organizational goals, objectives, policies, and performance-compliance standards. This includes a staff competency development model supported by practical information tools and management processes.

The integrated CMS approach supports employee development at the personal, professional, functional, and cross-organizational levels. It addresses the entire employee management cycle through an organization-specific plan for preparation, deployment, development, performance management, and evaluation.

The Prestige CMS model reflects work across diverse organizations and industries facing a common challenge: how to develop and sustain a high-performance workforce. It guides leaders through reflecting, reviewing, refining, and resolving a prioritized set of initiatives that can strengthen employee achievement and organizational results.

Process Improvement

Translate complex work into clear processes, measures, and recommendations.

Organizational process-improvement plans and formal assessments—at either the stakeholder or process level—are often necessary to identify issues, establish priorities, and determine where change will create the greatest value. Prestige professionals apply proven continuous-improvement tools supported by key performance metrics and accountability systems.

Prestige’s PROBE Process Value Assessment Model© provides a cost-efficient and effective method for quickly assessing process-improvement opportunities. It examines how work actually moves through the organization rather than relying only on policy descriptions or assumptions.

The assessment identifies key process inputs, including information, data sources, internal resources, and all personnel who touch the process directly or indirectly. It also defines the expected outputs, results, and deliverables and examines whether the resources invested are aligned with the outcomes the process is expected to produce.

Finally, PROBE clarifies the organizational VALUE and internal business outcomes expected from the process. Deliverables include a clearly defined process map, a value analysis, and definitive recommendations for practical process improvements.

Partnership Development

Create common purpose, productive dialogue, and collaborative action.

Prestige’s partnering approach enhances a client’s ability to manage resources and anticipate the effects of emerging change. The work begins up front, creating the relationships, shared understanding, and communication structure needed before implementation challenges arise.

Integrating the partnering process with planning and implementation allows Prestige to understand specific customer needs more fully and respond with practical, coordinated solutions. This connection helps partners see how their roles, resources, and decisions contribute to the success of the larger effort.

Prestige partnering forums maximize opportunities for effective dialogue, awareness building, stakeholder input, and cooperative problem solving. Participants work in a collaborative environment to define issues, explore perspectives, and shape solutions together.

Partnership deliverables can also include risk-management planning and transition planning. Prestige’s partnership-development planning technique can be applied to key projects or programs that require partners to work from a common purpose and collaborative mindset, and it has been used successfully across diverse environments and situations.
